The VM01 is an automatic unit for the application of back pockets. It features a cold folding group with vacuum and blade system, eliminating the need for pre-ironing. Equipped with dual independent motor control (X and Y axis), it offers precise stitching control. The wide working area and extended workspace make it ideal for a variety of pocket types, including knee pockets and large shapes.
The machine can also be configured to manage fabric looseness allowances at the quarter panel and to apply extra fabric layers under the bartack area, enhancing structural strength in high-stress points.
