The UAM 03 is a fully automatic unit for collar and cuff runstitch operations. Equipped with MAICA’s patented sewing head, it automatically trims and stacks the pieces after stitching. The system is controlled by computer and allows automatic size changes and flexible stitching options. Collars and cuffs are trimmed separately from the sewing phase, allowing for different seam and cut lines. The unit is suitable for various applications, including flaps and shoulder pads. New jigs can be changed quickly and at low cost.
